Requirements: * Bachelor's degree with a focus on Accounting/Business/Finance
* Minimum 10 years in manufacturing environment, at $25M-$100M business or business unit of larger A&D company
* 7-10 years in aerospace and defense (A&D) manufacturing environment (FAR/DFARS/CAS) preferred
* Experience building and leading a high performance team

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Responsible for all accounting functions, activities and staff
* Execute financial close and reporting and internal and external audits
* Provide support to budgets, forecasts, labor, overhead and G&A base
* Supervise the accounting staff
* Develop and maintain accounting principles, practices, procedures and processes
