At age ten (10), Evelyn was married off to a native doctor because of the money her Parents borrowed, to get a goat and a fowl for sacrifice. Hmmmmmmmm...What a cruel world... I would have said her story be written in a book but our readership culture will mean that not so many people will get to hear about it. I will suggest it be made into a movie, so people will be aware of the difficult challenges the girl child faces even in the 21st century.


This is a very touching story that is capable of leaving everyone steamy eyed. This is the most difficult video I have ever watched. I have never watch any video and cried. This was my first.
