LET TAKE FEW LOOKS TO THE PAST FIFA WINNERS AS IT WAS SINCE 2002 UPTILL DATE
In 2002 Oliver (Germany Goal Keeper) was rated the best to won the FIFA BALLOON AWARD but due to his country failures to won the 2002 Korea/Japan to Brazil he at last failed it
In 2006 Zidane was rated ahead of any one to won the Balloon D Award but it was giving to Canarvarro because is country Italy won the world Cup against France
But in 2010 South Africa World Cup, the constitution sees to changed because every one knew that Xavi Iniesta or Wesley Sneidjer should had won it but surprisingly giving to Controversial Lionel Messi which causes lot of controversial into futball era
In 2014, right now everyone has know that no doubt if the award is not giving to Cristiano, Messi or Neuer will won it
but to me all of them deserves it but more especially Emmanuel Neuer deserve it the most and if we are to follow the FIFA AWARD CULTURE, Am sure the Award will be giving to Emmanuel Neuer but to what had happened in the past (2010) if we are to Emitate it
then the award should be handed to Cristiano Ronaldo ahead of Messi and Neuer but am happy if Emmanuel win it tonight ahead of the two controversial Ronaldo and Messi
