Pastor Rotimi Obajimi of the Redeemed Christian Church of God , who was
abducted 10 months ago by Boko Haram on his to Maiduguri, has escaped
from their camp.
Another pastor in Redeem church said, “We were so amazed to see him because we have been praying earnestly for long time trusting Jesus that he would surely come back but lo and behold he was brought to our headquarters in Maiduguri by the military.”

Pastor Rotimi said that he was initially taken to Sambisa Forest where he spent months before he was moved to another destination and then back to Sambisa forest.
He said that his escape was made possible by a heavy downpour that led to massive floods which sacked everyone in the camps.
